I enabled the Content Translation module, which allows the person entering content to translate it into different languages. Mind you, it doesn't translate for you, you have to create the content in the proper language yourself.

However, just noticed when trying to make the link listed above that using a relative link (node_number alone or "node/node_number") as an href doesn't work if you are in the full display. Hmm. I really think there must be a way to do this so I'll have to keep my eyes open for a solution. But for now I'm linking to the full URL.
